At Sorted, we are extremely happy to have a special lot from Ethiopia. This Ethiopia Arsosala is grown under fertile, red brown and rich soil. Going through natural process, cherries are dried in the sun on African drying beds from 10 - 20 days. You will find a fruity tart from strawberry and upfront of apricot, all presented in a tea-like and juicy body.
